My stress level is at its high. I get stressed more than twice a day. Sometimes even over the dumbest things. But I’m always worried about more things than I should and that just makes it all worse. I get myself worked up, which eventually leads me to breaking down. I’ve tried to figure out ways to be less stressed but I have yet to find out how. At this point I’m just ready to give up on everything. But knowing me, that’d probably make me more stressed.
